Established in 1999, we at Zhuhai Eagle Flag Supply Ltd is specialized in the R&D, production and marketing of printer consumables. As a sound printing consumable producer, we have a series of advanced ink cartridge manufacturing facilities, including 12 ink cartridge production lines and quality inspection line imported from Germany. Subsidiary production equipment is all " Branson" brand imported from the US. In addition, we assign five QC technicians to monitor the whole process. Any third-party inspections are welcomed.

From molding, production, to quality inspection, all process is completed within the plant to further control the product quality and stableness. Not only having advanced requirement on facilities, we are also strict on raw material selection prior to production. Raw ink is procured from Formulabs (US), filters and sponges are from Germany and the US. As a result, our products work well with printers, and the repair rate is low as 0.07 percent.

R&D and production capabilities: short sample and order lead time

Every month we roll out 600,000pcs, and thus we can deliver your orders in just three to seven days. Our strong R&D team is composed of six engineers, who add up to 10 new items catering to the market trends. If we get your ideas, we can create the sample in just 10 days.
